You can reset your password yourself.

	Press "Forgot your ID / password?" button beneath the ID and Password fields to jump to the link.
	When the email address entry page appears, fill in the registered email address and then press the "Reset Password" button.
	An email with a new password will be sent at the registered address. Use the new password to log in.
	In order to change the password to a freely chosen one, log in first and go to your My Page and then to the "Edit Registered Information" page. Enter a password of your choice at the Password field and press the "Register" button at the page bottom to submit the change. (You may keep using the password sent by our email.)

If you see the error message 'The email address you have entered is not registered,' you might have typed in an address different from the registered one. In such case, please contact us through an Inquiry Form or call us at +81-466-50-2486.
