User Guide - Type of Payment Methods

Payment can be made either by credit card or remittance to our bank account.



To pay by remittance:

In the Checkout page, select "Remittance."

When the order has been submitted, we will surely send you an email to notify the confirmed amount of remittance along with our bank account number.
Please DO NOT make a remittance until the total payment amount is notified.

NOTE: We require all overseas remittances to us to be made with the remittance charges covered by the customers. At field 71A “Details of Charges” on the form provided by your bank, please choose the “OUR” instruction.


To pay by credit card

In the Checkout page, select "credit card."

In the credit card payment page, check the "Save the card information" checkbox if you want to save time to enter your card data again from the next time.

Credit card data is NOT stored in our system. It is stored by our credit card collection agency, ZEUS Co., Ltd., in encrypted form.

Acceptable credit cards We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and Diners Club cards. Their co-branded credit cards are also acceptable.
Details required You need to provide the card number, expiration date, security code, and cardholder's name.
What is a security code? It is a thee- or four-digit number usually printed on the back of your credit card. For AMEX cards, a four-digit number appears on the front of your card to the upper right.
If your card is not accepted An error occurs when the "Confirm the Order button" is pressed with incorrect and/or invalid card details.
Please check the card number, expiration date, security code and cardholder's name, and re-enter them correctly where necessary.

Credit card payment options One-time full payment only
NOTE: Although only the one-time full payment option is provided below, we ask all overseas customers to choose (check) it to complete an order. This is because this Japanese credit payment system requires a choice of payment from one-time full and other options unavailable to foreign credit cards hence not shown in this global website.
