Please be advised that our trade terms for all international customers are Ex Works (Incoterms) only, according to which a Buyer (Consignee) shall bear any charges or expenses for transportation of items ordered, including the expenses for shipping and customs clearance as well as customs duties and import consumption taxes, and all risks shall be transferred to the Buyer (Consignee) from the moment when the items are collected from our warehouse, after which we FE TRADE (Shipper) shall not be liable for the risks.
Although the Buyer (Consignee) is entitled to ask us to arrange for transportation on its behalf, generally by courier, we shall not be liable for any damages or loss to the items after shipment based on the said trade terms.
