A thorough reimagining of the previous design, this model's enhanced maneuverability approaches the precision of Japanese-made polishers. Even those who normally prefer Japanese polishers will be able to use this machine without discomfort. The weight has been reduced to 3kg from the previous model, making it easy to work with for an angle polisher. Unlike the previous top-heavy model, the weight is now uniformly balanced, greatly reducing stress during polishing. Every detail has been given thoughtful attention to maximize ease of use and maintainability, such as the rubber head and air mesh cover.
Side mesh cover
Keeps the machine in good condition by preventing hair from wool pads, polishing powder and other contaminants from being sucked into the motor.
Loop grip also included
In addition to the standard side grip, a loop grip is also included. You can use whichever suits your working style.
Wide-range speed controller
The electronic speed control can be adjusted between 600 and 3,500 RPM. The dial can also be adjusted while working vertically.
The importance of greasing Original special grease
Greasing has a large impact on the lifespan of a machine, especially for parts like the gears in the head of a rotary polisher, where torque is applied. When the grease in a machine loses its effectiveness, gears wear, parts rust and heat damage and various other problems occur, leading to failure of the machine.
In particular, polishers from outside Japan tend to use low-quality grease, often causing the gears to wear out very quickly if used as is. For that reason, before selling these polishers, we have certified technicians of major US machine manufacturers (only three in Japan) replace the grease with our own special grease. After that, we inspect each part before shipping. You can use your polisher with confidence knowing that in our ten year history, there have been no cases of gear trouble caused by grease. Of course, greasing greatly extends the lifespan of Japanese polishers, too.
For polishers that do not come standard with greasing, we offer it as an optional service. We recommend requesting that service whenever purchasing a new polisher.
Improving durability by greasing pad gears, which have a distinctive structure
Power tools like polishers contain gears, bearings and other mechanical parts that invariably use grease. Although the main purpose of grease is lubrication, it also has other functions like rust protection and heat dissipation. In addition, just as there are different types of engine oil for vehicles, there are also various formulations of grease for different purposes. Despite that, most machine manufacturers use general-purpose grease.
