User Guide - Returns and Exchanges for Clothing Category Products
When you receive the items you ordered, please immediately unpack them and check for any broken or incorrectly shipped items.
If you wish to return or exchange, please let us know beforehand. Please be advised that we will not be able to receive any items delivered to us without prior notice for any reason whatsoever.
=== The cases returns or exchanges are not acceptable ===
We cannot accept a return in the following cases:
- The customer has used the items.
- The customer defaced or damaged the items.
- The customer left stains and/or odors such as cigarette smoke smell while trying the items on.
- The customers defaced, damaged, lost or disposed of the tags and/or packaging (bags).
- More than eight (8) days have passed after the customer received the items.
- The items are returned without a prior notice.
- Other cases where FE TRADE has to conclude that a return or exchange is unacceptable.
