What are cleaners?
A variety of cleaners are used to clean the exterior and interior surfaces of vehicles. There are many possible cases depending on the properties of the material to be cleaned as well as the type and severity of the contaminant which needs to be removed. For example, a strong alkaline cleaner could be used to remove dirt from leather, but the leather itself would be damaged. It would also damage fibers and cause discoloration. The same is true of resins. There is a wide variety of cleaning products so that the appropriate cleaner can be used to perform effective cleaning in the given case. It is essential not to haphazardly use strong cleaning products, but rather to be discerning of the product needed for the material, conditions, and purpose at hand.
