Characteristics of Foam Pads
The urethane foam pad series offers a wide variety of lineups according to the condition of the painted surface, the polishing process, and the polishing compound to be used. Only high-quality ester materials with excellent chemical properties are carefully selected, and especially the filmless structure* type which has the 3D network structure, high porosity, and complete open-cell structure of the material, provides an excellent cutting and a highly uniform finish. In addition, an abrasive solvent-resistant adhesive is used for the Velcro bonded part, so it can be used repeatedly even after washing with water.
A special manufacturing method blows away the film-like part that remains between the foamed pores and entangles it with the fibrous urethane part, so it is stronger than conventional products, allows air to pass through well, and is stable with uniform elasticity. It is an expensive high-end material. (Excluding Polish Plus)
