Short-fiber buffing pad made with the AirFreed manufacturing method. The fiber density and length have been calculated with careful consideration of balance, offering the strong, sharp cut of short fibers while achieving a beautiful and speedily efficient finish.
- Never-before-seen fine finish with wool

Due to the effects of the AirFreed manufacturing method, the wool pad keeps the strength of short wool while achieving a smooth cut and fine finish unattainable with previous wool pads. Subsequent processes are also made more efficient. Furthermore, the pad reduces the amount of physical labor required to control the rotary polisher and maintains a balanced polish, greatly increasing work efficiency. The superior performance unique to CASPEED is achieved due to the AirFreed manufacturing method. Applying this technique to short-fiber wool with uniquely Japanese design has resulted in performance beyond expectations and the release of this new product.

Over many years, the AirFreed manufacturing method has allowed the development of a faux fur-like polishing pad in the HAYABUSA MOLT series. By painstakingly combing the wool and applying a special two-layered treatment to each wool fiber, adhesion by polishing compounds is prevented and maintenance is made easy, adding value to the polishing pad.

The AirFreed manufacturing method traps more air and reduces heat buildup even with rotary polishers, which generate a lot of heat due to friction during polishing.
